At PHOPHINI, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags attached.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, dust bags, accessories, and inserts (where applicable).
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or signs of wear.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping or courier costs.

PHOPHINI does not refund return shipping fees or delivery charges unless the item received is incorrect or confirmed to be faulty.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as PHOPHINI cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or another available product, please contact us before sending your parcel.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available options with you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:

  • Have been used or worn.
  • Are damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Have missing tags or original packaging.
  • Were purchased during final clearance or marked as non-returnable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will assess the matter and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method where applicable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
